Time line of getting csq after updating documents for intention of reject docs O

Hi Guys,

My letter of intention to reject was received in July 2015. at that time I didn't even finish reading this email because I thought I don't have any chances...

But in May 2016. I got my CSQ.

is there going to have any problem? basically nothing was changed since the application. and I've already sent out my docs to Sydney.

How to start the Federal Process

Dears,

Thanks God I got my CSQ during June,16 after a very long process. Then, I would kindly ask what would be the next step and how I need to go through? Basically, I’m not interested in having a representative as my current one asked for high fees and I was looking for some information and found that the process is bit simple.

Would you kindly please advise me regarding the federal part? What are the requested documents? If there is a check list? How I need to open a file? Pay the fees? Activate my application etc? is there any link or guide?

I have applied for Quebec nominee program and my application is selected in Phase 1 on 13th June 2016. I have send the fees in form of draft for processing of my application. I am yet to recive acknowledgement from Ministry. What is the next step? What is the time line for application processing through this online process?

First congratulations for CSQ. I got CSQ June 9, 2016 and have already sent it to Sydney, NS. I think next stage is super easy, you don't need a representative. You have to download latest form from the website and just fill it up. Read the document check list, the only original document you need to collect is police clearance. Others documents are photocopy of your birth certificate and photocopy of your passport , and if you are currently living other than your country of origin, then you need a photocopy of your visa, just photocopy not even notarized or something else. If you have spouse and baby then same documents for each one. That's all.

Note that you can send your police clearance certificate later if you wish (I did that) then just mention in your cover letter that once you get it you will send it.

Just read the document check-list carefully.

Hi,
I completed my MSc from a Canadian university that was giving me 16 points in the area of training. First time, they rejected me, because my file was incomplete. Actually, I sent only transcript but forgot to add certificate of my MSc diploma. So, they asked to me to send certificate and then I certified it by "Commissioner of Oath" and sent. Next time they emailed me an "intended to refuse" letter and mentioned I need to certify my diploma from university and other methods would not be accepted. So, I did what they told and they issued CSQ within 9 days after receiving my document. Bottom line of the story is, certified true copy of diploma should be certified by the university only, other document may accept because they accepted notarized copy of my marriage certificate.
