Hi All,

Pleas share your experience on time line for getting CSQ after updating docs requested through intention of reject letter

Would you Please anybody share how much possibilities to be refused after getting CSQ? I mean what is the percentage?

Received update today in the mail. The letter translated stated that my documents have been received and "you will receive a letter from us once your application has taken the next step of treatment."

What I found a little strange was that it further stated that "If you have already begun your representations to the Government of Canada, you must advise that there will be a delay in processing your request because of this addition to your folder."

Anyways thats the update I received today.

I got my 7th rejectiob...
Why b2=0pts was rwtroactive against my application
But the new rules which give pts to diplomas more than 5 yrs is not retroactive?

I think this is unfair. It is terible,

hello friends

there is an update on my file .. as i received intent to reject letter again from MIDI today and they are asking me to submit the Declaration form as my Profession which is " Engineer" is regulated profession in Quebec . As per the letter i need to send this form only ..

Is anybody have any knowledge about this declaration and why Quebec immigration office asked me this declaration form
I am BE graduate in Computer Science and engineering but my profession is Software Quality Analyst with exp of 6 years .

Documents requested : march 2011
Intention to reject: December 2015
Document sent: 29 Feb 2016 (DHL Confirmation)
CIC == ??
CSQ == Allah knows best.

My sister and I received an intention to reject letter. Just send them the requested documents, even if you already did initially. Don's asky why and You'll be fine. Got my CSQ approximately 3 months after sending them the requested documents.
