Dear Friend,

Kindly help us what to do. We had completed the interview successfully during Sept 2007 and all our educational certificates (In original) was verified, certified and finally the designated officer also assured us that she was pleased with the interview and everything is fine (London Office)

But by the end of Septemebr 2007 she ahd corresponded through our Consultant placed in Canada, that certain clarification are required on the educational certificates....and details to be submitted within 90 days, when we received the details it had crossed the time schedule. We had well in advance informed the Consultant to buy time, but later after submitting the documents, probably there was a delay of 2 -3 weeks, we received a lettersaying that our file is refused due to delay in submission of file>

Canu you advise us how we can go a head, who should we approach...as our case was filed in 2002 and in 2004 we received the file no etc..... can you imagine the stress and strain taken duing the following years, also the Consultant had takne about USD 3000/- from us and now not even responding to our calls or e-mail messages..

Please help us.. I will be very grateful.

Hi dyan

Sorry to listen about your case. I beleive your consultant did not informed CIC about the delay, otherwise they could grant you more time. My sugestion is to ask"PMM" about your situation. He is the most expert in this forum. Just put a seperate quote marking to PMM, hope to get some way out.

Best Wishes
