As soon as you get married, inform them of you new status and tell them you want to add your spouse. They will send you the required forms to fill. You will need to send a copy of your marriage certificate, Your spouse cert, payment of her PR application. All those will be contained in the letter they will send you. Congratulations ahead of time for your marriage

As soon as you get married, send a webforum and let them know. In my case, they replied after a month asking for marriage certificate, and it was back in feb 2020. Now it may take them longer. So my advice is to send a webforum and let them know you got married as soon as you get married.

By Canada post as they didn’t invited me through portal! Very unfortunate! People applied after 8 months of I applied going to get card but I have to wait one year ! As my COPR valid 12 months ! What duel rules !

Any one knows about portal how it work ? After I reply the email not hearing back from them

After the first email asking to send UCI, Port of entry, date of entry etc, I haven't heard anything since 2.5 months now,

Have not seen my kids for 6 years and counting. Nobody cares about this part. There is even nobody to reach out to explain your pains. MPs, immigration office and prime minister's office are all useless. I am sorry to say that but that is the truth that we have to say. All we can do is just wait and be patient. Unbelievably unbelievable.

Ì can understand your pain , but trust me 1st generation whoever however immigrant to canada have to sacrifice alot for the betterment of the next generations, and it's a ultimate truth , we al are doing it to see our kids future bright and happy

Very simple. You should inform them n eyoh get married, fill the forms and send other documents. The marriage certificate an be sent separately as soon as you receive it.

My application is still processing at 70%, however when I check my application through online services it says Decision Made. Not able to see any more details !
