I think it depends on the IRCC office that finalizing your file, but don't worry, you will get it.
for me, I have received it as a PDF by email as well as on GCkey on the same day.

Yes I did receive a letter in GCKEY and email notification of DM.
However, I received email notification of GCKEY update one day after they uploaded my CoPR details on it.
I just received CoPR details too but no Pdf file attached there.
Where and when should we send our Pics and proof of address in Canada?

Unfortunately, we have to wait for CoPR, only then we can send them our pictures.

Cause our CoPR is valid only for 5 months.
I hope so but you can never be sure. In this forum someone mentioned that call centre agent told him that it can take between 3 & 6 weeks
I am sorry to say that they are laziest.
Cause they updated my profile which is written all my COPR information.
The expiry of COPR is September.
