It depends on your application date. If you are an older applicant, you will receive the COPR letter sooner but there might be a delay if you are relatively new applicant. I have observed this information in this group and from my personal experience.
I am May 29 th 2019 applicant

I received COPR letters after 2 days (March 29th 2019 applicant).

It takes around 25 days from the day your receive DM till the day you receive COPR. Bes of luck!
I have received my DM 2nd March and COPR number today 12March . Now waiting for PDF letter so that can change my SIN and send photo for PR card

so apparently yesterday i got my AIP, and today i received another mail in my account, invitation to pre-arrival service. but i applied within the canada!i didnt apply from outside of canada:rolleyes: i wonder if this is okay or they might made some mistake?
Your time line please congrats for AIP

@Yessam07 thank you. When can I expect PDF COPR again long waiting?
I think it depends on the local office! I saw DM when checking the status, but there was nothing in my GCKey account. The next day, Montreal's office send me an email with CoPR, asking me to mail photos! Few seconds, I received a second email from GCKey update; It was uploaded!

That's I'm waiting for. I got DM but GCKEY doesn't show any approval.

The name of principal will be mentioned only. That's not an issue.
But there will be this paragraph (see below). If your letter has this paragraph, it covers your dependents in Canada.

IMPORTANT: You and your family members in Canada, if any, will be required to present
original identification document(s) to the Canada Immigration Centre at your appointment. A
final decision concerning the granting of permanent residence status will be made at that time.
If permanent residence is granted, the name that will appear on the confirmation of permanent
resident document is your name as it appears on your passport or identity documents.
Thanks @KatbiyaNazi

Yes, my letter has this paragraph
