I pretty surprised too that you’re assuming that I didn’t contact the bank before leaving UAE and before coming to Canada until now, it’s just kind of complicated situation

The main reason that I couldn’t get the UAE PCC is because I had a forced deportation from UAE for life, due to my political opinions and ideology, plus my social media political activities, so my whole situation is totally different,

And it’s very weird for my that the officer is asking me to provide PCC from UAE since I had a forced deportation and since I left after a government official permission to leave (Outpass Permit) which’s will never be provided to me in case I’ve committed any crimes,

The situation over all is weird because I’ve shared all the evidence with him since July 2019, but up to date he didn’t yet finished his background check on me!!

Trust me nothing will happen unless you have serious criminal records I am sure you don't have that. Let them verify everything and the end you will get positive response.

I am 100% sure that I didn’t have any criminal records anywhere

I am just feeling upset because of my overseas family especially my kids
Anyway I’ll keep the HOPE

Hi Folks,

October 2018 Applicant is here :)

Should I hire a lawyer ?
Eligibility Passed August 2020
Medical Passed August 2020
Security Passed December 2020
Criminality in process -
Last communications from IRCC Was on May 2019 .. nothing to hear since that time! :(

MP following up on my case December 2020
PM office acknowledged receiving my complaint and concerns Feb 2021 and email being shared with IRCC Minister by last week, no updates from his office yet

I am thinking of creating a movement “Refugee’s Voice” and to start social media Campaign ( We’re Human) - (Refugees Life Matter) #RLM .. and then go to Hunger strike and protesting in from of PM office and other governments building by spring if they’re not completed cases of 2018 & 2019

Is this should works ?! :)
I'm in, except for the hunger part . I eat like hyena and if I go on hunger strike, my stomach will start rumbling. Let's search for something else to protest with
