but they did get AOR for pr cards tho. even in December people were still getting aor after mailing in photos. they got an email saying they received pr card application and then linked their pr card.

I mean I guess each case is different because he had to call them to link his application.
April 3, 2019 applicant received DM 15 January 2021 and COPR Today 25 January 2021, and Became permanent Residence it was a long journey best of luck to everyone
yes because these were people who mailed in their photos. for those of us who used the portal or just emailed photos, we might need to call them.
I don’t think I got your point. Because he mailed his photos and had to call them. And if people who used portal also have to call; then, who gets the AOR?
It’s all good, but yeah cause he received his CoPR way before the portal thingy came into effect.

You don't need to call for application number all u need to do is click to link add application then they will ask u UCI number date of birth and option for applied for new PR card then u click on link ur application will be link at same time n your account and at same time u will found there staus of ur application and also will application number in ur account automatically.
Once u will link/add ur pr card application same time u will found application number in GCC account and status
