This is normal, my timeline is the same. They asked for a resume about two weeks ago. The timeline is 100% complete.
How you applied March 22 , and on May 2019 you refused from refugee court and you asked here how to make appeal !!!
They updated my medical as passed on Nov 3rd but I have not received anything from them, not even a request for resume.
Did you get any update on your medical before they asked for resume.
I am Feb 8 still waiting

I am end May 2019 applicant. RCMP March 2020 Medical Passed 25 Aug 2020 then no news . Timeline bar 87%
Anyway , you are pr and the card will be issued in the date you got the approval so it’s not very important

I have a question, during this that you are approved for PR but have not received your PR card, when and if you apply for Travel document, would you get a 2 year travel document or 5 year one?
