Yes have a plan but my RTD needs to be renewed which is not possible at this time

Seems, most of the 2018 applicants already get their DM. so hope in the coming weeks they will start 2019 applicants.
I haven’t seen any December applicants. And just two November 2018 pr. Maybe we are long way to go!
