Keep checking IRCC website they will announce it there and on twitter that is where they announce new programs and resumption of programs

Minister of immigration said normally Ircc proceessing 35000 pr applications every month, he said April 2020 only 4000 applications were finalized, May 2020 the number reached 11000, hope that will help

Hi, I had the same issue before. If you are trying to link your application, try by placing 1 in the number of applicants. First you have to link the principal applicant application first and then after you can add if you have dependents. And I had a problem with the passport number since my national passport had expired long time a go. So if you have an RTD, try to use it instead. Good luck.
