gcms notes help and as said it's your right to get one. it's not free though, there is a nominal fee even if you do it yourself but it does feel like free considering what else you have to pay for to get to Canada

You are correct; the distinction between the Privacy Act (free) and the Access to Information Act (not free) is below. Majority of the folks who need their caips and gcms notes would fall into the latter category.

The purpose of the Privacy Act is to protect the privacy of individuals with respect to personal information about themselves where it is held by a government institution and to provide individuals with the right to access such information.

Note: Personal information which belongs to an individual who is not a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada or currently living in Canada must be requested under the Access to Information Act.

I just Wonder Why u guys order ATIP at first place also with wrong info, it's about ur life dude when u don't have enough info don't just fill a form, when ur 2019 applicant and u know u should be patient, ordering ATIP could be wasting time of an agents who could be useful to work for your application we are 2018 application and we still waiting, when u order ATIP note it take 1 month to 45 days to send you this result like this

What you said is wrong!!! ATIP agents do not process applications so not sure how it affects anything, you should do some research b4 you comment.

I have experience with both ON and AB.
In ON you can gey OHIP for your unprotected son IF you have a full-time job.
In AB you can not even if you have a full-time job.

Just tell IRCC you are married now. if you are adding the person too your app its different

I have experience with both ON and AB.
In ON you can gey OHIP for your unprotected son IF you have a full-time job.
In AB you can not even if you have a full-time job.

but you can extend the IFHP for them, that's what my friend did for his American sons, the IRB accepted him but they rejected his sons.

it means your received your AOR within 1 month. Did you link your application online. Are you under expedited processing country or region
