it will start processing after your processing. Since you have passed everything except medical expect documents request for your dependants anytime soon
It depends. If you are in a pilot program, the processing of both would go on at the same time. If not, the processing of the dependents outside Canada would start after the in-Canada person receives his PR.

2.We started processing your application on January 21, 2022
I am worry since there know update since january. I called IRCC and i was told it has been assigned to officer. I don't know how long to wait for update...

Jan 2018 - Received a negative decision
Feb 2018 - submitted a RAD appeal
... NO updates for more than 2 years
Aug 2020 - submitted updates to the RAD appeal
Feb 2021 - Second hearing, received a positive decision
PR Application:
Mar 23th, 2021 - Application Received
Apr 28th, 2021 - Temporary AOR
Nov 1st, 2021 - Application Started Processing
Nov 2nd, 2021 - Linked it to GCKey Account
Nov 2nd, 2021 - Medical Results have been received
May 27th, 2022 - Medical Passed
May 27th, 2022 - Pre-Arrival Letter
May 30th, 2022 - Received PR Portal Confirmation Email
May 30th, 2022 - Responded the same day
Jun 1st, 2022 - Received PR portal Login Credentials
Jun 1st, 2022 - Submitted Photo and Address on the portal
Jun 3rd, 2022 - Received eCOPR

I am not aware of the criteria. Only IRCC can explain. However, if you’re chosen for a Pilot Program, you will be notified by IRCC.
