Hi Friends, I need your help. I received an email from CPC Mississauga requesting me and if I have dependent our fingerprints for FBI certificate. My husband who is in the US , started that process last month. I am in Canada and I thought they will not requested for me because I stayed in the US only 5 months. Do I have to the police station and then sent my fingerprints to FBI?

Also, the wanted that for today , I sent a webform saying the reason I dont have that document today. I dont if sending a webform is the correct way to communicate with them.

Well you suppose to follow the instructions on the email they sent you and it will cost you $25 or so I can't remember how much I paid 2021 when I did my. But once you pay to the FBI and print the paper which they will send you then buy ink follow the instructions in the paper and put your fingerprint one after the other and send it through DHL to FBI they will process it and send it back to your address. Then you submit it to the immigration here.

Time bar may confuse you, i was stuck on 65% then i got PR. they wont ask you for the medical since there is new waiver announced by Minister Fraser to reduce backlog. Hopeful in next 2 months you may get your eCOPR.

Yes thank you for your reply! I sent a webform to notify them that I cannot upload that paperwork yesterday because I just start doing it. That’s how we supposed to communicate with them right?

Firstly, in marriage certificate my wife name is different than the passport name, I mean there is extra name.
For example:
In marriage certificate her name is : Sufia Ali Khan
But in the passport the name is : Sufia Ali
So, do I need to make explanation letter or I can proceed it as it is.

Secondly, how to download the digital photo as there are asking for front and back sides of the photo with writing of the applicant name + DOB + studio address.
Can I make it in PDF file in two pages, the 1st page the digital photo and 2nd page the back side with the required information.

Sorry for my long message but I hope that you can understand my concern.

Photo and address sent sep 8 2022


Claimed refugee sep 2019, exactly 36 month for me and 8 of my friend it was 35 to 36 month between claiming refugee and getting pr approved, i know its on diffrent agencies but to me it semms like a pattern or maybe a very wierd coincidence!
