@sohaib1. Please what is the fastest way to send the request to ircc? 1-2 months is too long for me

fastest way would be to mail them but if it states in the letter that you can send them that way then you can send by mail also but if the ircc letter doesn’t state anything about mailing it then you cannot. So that is the fastest way

Well, It's my lawyer who recieved the email from IRcc. I just wanted these process to be over. It's drive me crazy being in the system for years without know what next about the PR

@Shoaib Akhtar, the emailed didn't states how to returned the requested documents.. I have copy of FBI reports. I was thinking of send a copy to Mississuaga office through canada mail.

Hello guys,
my processing details below.

My Permanent Residence Application Timeline:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on July 15, 2021.

2. We started processing your application on Jan 22, 2022

3. Medical request June 27, 2022

4. FBI clearance request June 27, 2022

Medical and fbi done on June 29, 2022 and waiting for the result.

5. Medical and Fbi reports submitted on July 15th, 2022

I called Ircc yesterday and was told medical passed and they haven't receievd fbi report. My lawyer resent it through webform.

Please what is the next ?

Once you send the FBI report to them you should not worry about it because I sent FBI report to them since April 2021 and they did not respond to me if they get it or not I call several times and sometimes the agent on the phone can say that he can not verify if they get it or not and other time they said they should have it. Even up till know I have have not got a clear indication as if they get it or not but after 2 months of sending the report they informed me that my file as being transferred to my city. Since then I have not heard anything from them. And if I check online it still shows that I was asked to get FBI report. All I can tell you is that if they did not get it they will inform you that they are waiting for that.

Did they email you saying that they did not get your FBI report? Because if it an agent on the phone he or she probably won't know if they get it or not. Because it what you see when you track your progress that they can see. The best thing you can do is contact your MP and your MP will file a report on behalf of you and the will tell your MP.

@ sohaid1, my lawyer sent a copy of ircc email! It was stated the fbi report could be send through 2 options. Either Gckey account for instant updates or webform.
My lawyer sent it through webform and i was wondering why he didn't create gckey account and that would enable me to track the process of my application.
I already created gckey account with Ircc and can't link my application using UCI or Application Number.. I'm stressed right now

It's January 2020, and in May 2021 they moved my file down to Edmonton Alberta ever since then I haven't heard from them. I wish they didn't move it.

So why is it that whenever I call what one agent is telling me is different from another. It only took my MP to find out that received it after one year.

You don't have to be stress they received it just that for some reason they don't update it.

so you cannot mail the police certificate

ok so to link your application in the family size try entering 1

It really doesn’t matter I submitted everything by webform as well because don’t like GCKey and its not accurate

like I mentioned call ircc in one month to verify they have added the police form to your file or not
