Alhumdulillah! By the grace of almighty Allah I have received my PR card today by mail. It’s ends lots of frustration over last 3.5 years . Time line as under:

ArrivedToronto-28th May 2018
Applied as Refugee -15July 2018
IRB Hearing- 1St April -2019
Positive Decisions: same day 1st April-2019
Applied for PR- 28th May-2019
AOR -October-2019
RCMP and FBI : February 2020
Medical: August -2020
AIP: December-2020
Decision Made : January 2021
Landed : 12th March 2021
COPR received: 24th March 2021
Applied for PR card by post: 27th March 2021
PR card received: today 27th August 2021

Did your ECAS show "Complete" after receiving COPR?

I applied in feb 28th 2020.
AoR in April 2021
Invitacion for new portal july 2021
ECOPR is approved : july, 29th2021
Now i ll have to wait for my permanent residence card,

You didn’t even receive temporary AOR? Have you tried checking your application status online on ECAS?

Did your ECAS show "Complete" after receiving COPR?

My ECAS shows complete since Aug 17th. Still no eCOPR though.
It says "You entered Canada at the OSC - Operations Support Centre office on August 17, 2021 and became a Permanent Resident."

Yes I know, but it only says Operations Support Centre, Centralized Network. Same office in ECAS.

Ah ok, it's OSC,Ottawa. My friend is in a similar situation. Same office,same timeline,no COPR.
Try to send them a message by replying again your first portail invitation. My friend did this yesterday,he is waiting.

I did send them many follow up emails, no response. I live in Edmonton, why is not Edmonton or Calgary office processing my file?!
