Time line for Permanent Residence application for Refugees

Hi everyone I am November 2019 applicant
My timeline
AOR December 2019
PCC request November 2020
AIP December 2020
Medical passed but expired
Criminality in progress
Security passed
I don’t why criminality still in progress while we provided RCMP already , and I assume security is the last step in the application ?

Does anyone know how long Edmonton office take to send COPR after DM ??

Received "Approval letter" Yesterday.

and it says "
We are pleased to advise you that processing of your application has been completed. The
IRCC office in Etobicoke IRCC will contact you regarding the finalization of your permanent
resident application.
IMPORTANT: You and your family members, if any, will be required to present original
identification document(s) to the Canada Immigration Centre at your appointment. A final
decision concerning the granting of permanent residence status will be made at that time. If
permanent residence is granted, the name that will appear on the confirmation of permanent
resident document is your name as it appears on your passport or identity documents."

The title is "Approval letter" but it seems that it will be transferred from Mississauga office to Etobicoke office for the finalization.

A little confused, is it approved or not? What stage is the application in? DM?

It seems that now the "DM to COPR time" of Etobicoke office is roughly 2 week?
