PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THIIS
IF OUR NAMES, SEX, NATIONALLY... IS THE REASON. FOR DEEP BACKGROUND CHECK, AND DELAYS Our HEARING, PR, CITIZENSHIP, MAYBE I COULDN'T CATCH MY MOTHER BEFORE SHE PASSED AWAY.. AND BEFORE HER ALSO MY FATHER.. BUT I REALLY SAW PEOPLE WHO GOT THEIR HEARING IN 2 MONTHS AND PR IN 13 MONTHS... SO.. THIS SYSTEM IS NOT FAIR FOR ME AND FOR ALPT OF OTHER PEOPLE... I CAME HERE BEFORE THE SYRIAN COME... I WORKED EVERY DAY FOR FOUR YEARS... I DIDN'T GET ANYTHING.. BUT THEY LIVED FOR FOUR YEARS WITH THEIR FAMILY AND LOVED ONES.. ENJOYING THEIR ONTARIO WORKS.. AND NOW THEY ARE ALL GETTING THEIR CITIZENSHIP... I'M THINKING THAT WE ALL MIGHT HAVE A BACKGROUND FOR A COURT CLAIM AGAINST IRCC.. THE REQUESTS WILL BE EQUALITY.. TO CALCULATE THE HALF OF ALL THE YEARS THAT WE LIVED INSIDE THIS GREAT COUNTRY.. TOWARDS THE CITIZENSHIP.. AND THIS IS AT. LEAST WHAT MUST GET... SO.. WHAT ARE YOUR OPINION

IRCC calculates processing time based on application received date. but 22 moths was before COVID19 but now processing time is going high silently bcoz IRCC not updated processing time now. only few resources working on cases when they update we will see dramatic change on processing time
Yeah you are right, but the good thing is that they are working and slowly but surely we will get what we want, but the fact that applicants from 2018 havent received their PR or landing scares me i mean they shouldve got their PR’s it shows that the processing time have gone way up to 30-34 months i guess.!!!IRCC calculates processing time based on application received date. but 22 moths was before COVID19 but now processing time is going high silently bcoz IRCC not updated processing time now. only few resources working on cases when they update we will see dramatic change on processing time
This is unfair we know but IRCC and politician don't care about us
. I don't understand why they verify not related fields ( eg: educational background for refugees)IRCC works with limited resources ok. but if IRCC do background check, they request details from other bodies (eg CBSA. RCMP, other government organization, global organisation etc...) no one can tell those organization working or not, and we don't even know which bodies are involved in our cases.

Someone don't like a refugee to say that they will take Ircc to court... Is this the country of democracy or the democracy only for the white people...
Whatever.. Fighting in court against Ircc is legal.... If they want to take five years for giving a refugee their PR they must be fair.. Or court will force them to do... OLD AGES IN QUEBEC DIED BECAUSE THEY DON'T WEIGHT IN THE ELECTIONS.. THEY WORKED ALL THEIR LIVES FOR THIS COUNTRY BUT NO ONE CARES ABOUT THEM.. NO ONE CHANGED THEIR DIABERS.

Most activities are based on Economical value. they will be working on farm workers, tourist, entrepreneur, EE ,student visa right after covid19 with full resources
. Inland refugees will be forgotten unless a new law says money has to given to any one passed their processing time every monthYou are right a compensation for any one after two years waiting from the budget of IRCC... Also any time after two years calculated full time toward citizenship.... I did this before... With a different circumstances.. But the idea od equity... Courts always understand for the benefit of the weaker party...
