Hi , guys
I want renew my travel documents now . But o don’t know how can i do it and i think now is different because i got copr . Is there any one did that soon can help me

February 18th, 2019 applicant
No AIP
No PCC (even though I lived in two countries for more than 6 months)
Did medical only once (when claiming protection)
No DM/approval letter

  • October 26, 2020 You passed the medical exam.

Background check
  • October 30, 2020 Your background check was completed.
Final decision
  • January 14, 2021 Your application was approved. Check your messages below for details.
And the CoPR number and status are included there.

P.S. I haven’t received any email yet.

I have similar status.
But an "information letter" was also attached in the message section but would not open since a week. I have tried different browsers.
Today I reportes technical issue as well.
Does anyone have an idea what that letter says.
I'm not sure how will we get actuall pr card.
Mau be that letter has information for that.
PLEASE HELP!

I received email to check email.
And copr was attached!

In the message section "information letter" was attached
but it doesn't open. I have tried with different browsers but no luck.
it takes to a page saying the following
"This page isn't working right now
ONLINESERVICES-SERVICESENLIGNE.CIC.GA.CA sent an invalid response
ERR_RESPONSE_HEADERS_MULTIPLE_CONTENT_DISPOSITION
REFRESH
Anyone have an idea what that letter says and next steps. Please guide

Information letter = Confirmation of Permanent Resident
Try to open it via laptop or PC instead but if you can't open contact IRCC , you must print COPR to send it to them with your photo in order to receive PR Card

Services for RTD( refugee travel document) is suspended till further notice

Does anyone know the process of changing my SIN from a 9 to a permanent one? Is it as if I was applying for a new one or should I request to amend my existing one?
