I hope it includes Refugees' overseas spouses as well!!!
The policy and twit from Marco Mendicino is very vague and it is very hard to understand is it for applicants at hands on overseas VOs will be benefited from this policy.
I can only imagine this policy is for the people who were able to include and send their application of dependents with their own application. This only applies to PR applicant after December 4, 2019. Maybe with some small chance PR applicants who has overseas dependent may get priority for their PR application.

Almost year , in my Pr application was written -Your action requiered-
When I opened now, was Application updated- i opened nothing was changed.
Is that "famous ghost" update?
Than again when I wanted to check it was changed to your action requiered back to normal.

56 days left but " your action is required " is not changed any idea when it will change coz I never apply for gcms note
Mine is 48 days. And today i saw it then changed back action requiered.
12 March.
I am March 29th 2019 and did not see any of those changes on my account even for once :-(
