Hi there,
A friend of mine and I are wondering if there are folks in the province of Quebec who got DM in the past two months. My friend's AOR is March 2019. Want to know the local immigration office is working here in Montreal.
Thanks

Guys, who is doing background checks for overseas dependants? Are they back to work or still sitting at home, while whole country is open?
