you can submit additional documents through a case specific enquiryHi All, Military Details was requested as an additional document on June 25 the Al due date is Sep 23, but there was only space for "Fingerprints (required) under Document Name to be uploaded and no space to upload military details, so I supposed it is a technical issue n already reported it to IRCC then I uploaded the Military details on Jul 1 in the same place of the Fingerprints

CongratulationsHere is my time line:
- We received your application for permanent residence on September 21, 2018.
- We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on December 11, 2018.
- We started processing your application on December 10, 2018.
- Medical results have been received.
- We sent you correspondence on May 22, 2019. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
- You entered Canada at the Niagara Falls IRCC office on July 23, 2020 and became a Permanent Resident.
I do not think a lawyer is needed. Have you tried calling IRCC to inquire if they have started working on your application? The problem is my first correspondence said they received the application in that November/December period
from what I understand the next step should have been “we’ve started processing your application” which seems to start almost immediately after the receiving.
8 months later and still nothing. This was before covid. This seems like a scenario where a lawyer might actually be needed? What do you guys think?
