Time line for CEC case sent to SEATTLE??

Hi all,

I would like to start a new topic specifically about CEC case transferred to Seattle Consulate since it seems like taking longer processing time compare to other consulates.

CEC applied in Sept/2011
AOR/Medical Request received in Nov/2011 (I was notified that my case is under OttPilot at this time.)
Medical Result received by CIC in Dec/2011
Transferred to Seattle in Feb/2012

By sharing our info we would have a good guess. Waiting game is so hard...

Its pretty slow man. you can email Seattle office and they will tell you.
dont forget to put your file #, birthday, name..etc.. on your email.

According to your profile, your file has been sent to Seattle in March/2011, am I reading corretly? If so, what is your current status? I hope not you are still wating for update from them.

I actually sent an e-mail to Seattle last week so I will update if I hear any news from them.

yeap i am still waiting for the final answer from Seattle.
its my fifth year working in canada after graduated from University.
i got to get LMO again in few month which is pain in a neck.
i got CAIPS from Ottawa the other day but dont understand it.
hope somebody figure it out.

I don't understand. You have applied for PR in May/2010 and still didn't get finalized (24 months passed)? Is your case something different to other CECs? I apologize if my question is rude but it takes too long considering the 15 months of standard service time.

nope thats fine.
the reason took so long is that i didnt send brith certificate, police clearance from newzealand and Australia. i am married plus they are very slow.
as long as i can get valid work permit. i am fine. think about this way, if i am not qualified for CEC, i would already be rejected. i emailed seattle office th eother day and they said they are waiting for my zewzealand police clearance.

How long did they take to reply to you? I am waiting for their reply. It's been 15days.

Ecas has only two updates. Received application for PR and Medical results received. Got GCMS notes 2 days ago. The notes are updated on Feb 8/12. It says

Medicalassed,
Criminality: In Process,
Eligibilty: Not started.

Acknowledgement of Receipt - Nov. 23, 2011
(Medical Request included)

Medical Received at Visa Office - Dec, 2011

File transferred to Seattle - Feb, 2012

Passport Request - June 27, 2012

I've got the mail from CIC for my file transferring to Seattle on 15th of Feb.

Hi Pioneer,

Many congratulations! I also got passport request from Seattle Office on July 3, 2012.

Do you know if Seattle Consulate offers in person immigration service? I mean can I go in person to get COPR ?

Also if you dont mind can you please share, what options did you get in your email to submit the passport?
