Does anyone knows exactly what this mean? Or if not exactly, even close to it?

My concern is say example... After receipt of MR, for some reason the applicant is not available right away but got scheduled around 10 days before the deadline. Then the medical was finished say after 3 days or say even close to the deadline. Is this considered within the 30-day limit? Or when the medical examiner forwards the result say sent after the 30-day mark which then didn't meet the deadline?

Any insight is appreciated.

1. As long as the medical is done by the panel physician within the 30 days, you are fine.

Check with the panel physician's office. Call them and ask.
