Time limit before re-entry?

Hi!

I spend 90 days in Canada this year (March - Mai) to live with my girlfriend and to work remote for my job in Germany. I had a "tourist visa". I am a german citizen.

I would like to spend another 3 months, or even longer, starting in September, again with a "tourist visa", and again to visit my girlfriend and to work remote.

Now, I'm wondering if there is a time limit that you have to stay outside of Canada for, in order to re-enter with a "tourist visa"?

If not, couldn't somebody just get a "tourist visa" for 90 days, then go 1 day abroad and re-enter again.

I search this forum and the web, but couldn't find information that really answered my question. I hope you folks can help me.

Viele Grüße,

Julian

Really? I have answered this like 3 times in the last 2 months.... ???

So here it goes again.

There is no time limit, you can just cross the border and come back..... in theory....

The thing is that maybe not two times but the more you are doing this the more the officer is going to be looking at your profile and seeing hey, this guy was here for 3 months, then for 4 months, then for 6 months, and they will add your time in Canada vs your time abroad and will wonder is this guy "living" in Canada and not actuallu visiting? And you can be denied. Each reentry the chances get higher.

What is visiting? Spending more time in your home country than in the visiting country.
