Hello
How much time HEC take for attention for walk in person. I have read that they issue 240 tokens till 11:00.
I want to know do they attest immediately or call after 3-4 hours . Actually I am from Karachi and I have to booked my flight in advance.
 
Yes, they issue limited number of tokens. People start to gather around 5AM near HEC Attestation office, so that they can called in early. They will collect your documents, and than, will call back you later that day to collect them. If you go around 8 / 9 AM. You'll never be able to get them done, as around 100+ people stand there in the queue at this time...
 
I am flying from Karachi on thursday night, I assume flight will be on time :)

How the HEC work does they verify form university or they have our data. beacuse if they verify from university uni will take hell lot of time to reply.at least my university
 
I guess they have all the data available. Because if they start to get verification from each university, than none of us would have got the attested docs :s

Please contact with OCS courier company is around you......they offer you the service ......do not waste your money on travelling ....they will do it within a week i hope so.......

ocs is taking about 40-50days due to pressure of election. best is to go in person or send someone on ur behalf. make sure to attach an authorization letter.

what i did is send all docs on sunday to my cousin. he got them on monday. went to hec on tues and today he got them attested n has send me back to khi. inshallah will get them tomorrow. so it all took 4-5days

Don't do it with OCS. You'll waste a lot of time. As sonyaadnan mentioned, Self or Someone could do it on your behalf. That's the only way to stay in the race.
 
I am in process of attesting my documents from HEC through a friend who is in Islamabad. While filling online form, there are three options available.
1)In person
2) through authorized person
3)Through Courier

While selecting the option number 2, I am unable to select this option.
I would like to ask, whether HEC attest my documents irrespective of whichever option I select or if I don't have any visiting time taken?
My second question is will HEC attest my documents if I make my friend as an authorized person. I have already provided him authorization letter.. I am living outside Pakistan so can't go in person.
