Time from PPR to COPR

Hi,

I've received my PPR and have sent my Passport to the visa office in Sydney, Australia.

Is anyone able to provide a general indication or average of how long it takes for them to process the passport and issue COPR?

About four weeks after you send them the passport.

Does it go faster for applicants from visa exempt countrys?

My PPR email says it takes approximately 7 days after receiving the documents for the Visa Office in Vienna to return the documents to you. No shipping time included. So it seems to be faster, but it may also be different for other Visa offices.

I received it back from Sydney in less than a week - used VFS, even though it costs more than using Australia Post.
