Thats almost a year! Have you tried to contact CIC via email or phone as they seem to be responding to requests that are more than 6 weeks old ?

i think he is talking about application submission to visa office....so thats a normal delay as per the ongoing trends for pre june applicants...

I send my first application at feb 22th 2010 . They give me a letter at 1st April , then I send all my docs at 5th Aug , 2010 . The Singapore office received it at 8th Aug , and pending review .from 26th january my app status was in process. I applied as a language teacher at Vancouver . Can anyone suggest me how long it will take time for the decesion making?

1- do you mean you have an arranged employment?

2- you might get some movement in last Q of 2011 or 1st Q of 2012....

Be patient dear. Most of us, Pre-June 26, 2010 applicants are not lucky this time. Only selected few. Look at my timeline. I don't have any news either. Just enjoying my life.
