Try to download the pdf to your computer and open it from there.
You can also select the open from URL option on your pdf reader.

Hey guys quick question. " 4. Are you now, or have you ever been, under a removal order (have you been asked by Canadian officials to leave Canada)" in 2007 I was under removal and was deported to leave for 1 year. Didn't come back until 2014 and I have my PR. Do they mean now or total? Because the term "or have you ever been"?

just go to 10 English language classes funded by government and you get linc certificate. Available morning or evening. I think USA diploma might bring you RQ and background check in USA.
