Time for IRCC to receive medical exam

Hi everyone

I'm trying to get a study permit for this Sept.
June 2nd I got the request to do the medical exam and completed it June 8th.
I did it at an approved center and they assured me they would submit the results directly.
It's been over a month now and the status changed to
"We did not receive the results of your required medical exam. Check your medical exam request message below for details."

But there are no updates at all. Is it normal for them to take over a month just to acknowledge that they received the exam results? Anyone in a similar situation or could give me some advice? thanks

Ask your hospital that did they submitted the medical or not? If yes then fill a webform.

Your physician should send them to IRCC and send you a copy,after that you should check your GC Key acc to upload them as well.
