Time for getting response from CIC

guys how long does it take to get response from CIC for application sent on 17th july? and guys plz clear me one thing, the number of cap filled shown on CIC website is based on application reached to them before september? if the cap is about month of May then why dont they write updated on XXX date of may. so that we get clear picture.

Last charge date right now is 22nd May. So 17 July would be at least 2 months down the line. The Cap list is updated on the basis of PERs issued, which is not far behind (16th May).

Wait is all you can do, like everyone else is doing.

You can, but the VO can and most probably will request for a detailed statement from the time you showed the money and that can harm your decision, so calculate the risk before making a move.
