Time for application to be considered in a round - and how long until ITA?

I have used the CRS simulator and I got 446 points. I'm currently waiting for the official translations of my degree (and my wife's) to get ready so I can submit it to IQAS

In the hypothetical scenario where I would apply today for EE, how long does it take for my application to be acknowledged so I can participate in a round? Is it automatic (i.e., if the round would happen the next day, would my application be taken into consideration already) or does it take some processing time?

Once the round happens, how long does it usually take for to receive the ITA (given that your CRS is higher than the minimum, ofc)?
