I applied for Permanent Residence, under CEC category, on May 2014 and received my AOR in August 2014. However, I have not received any request for medical exam yet. I called CIC and they said that they try their best to send the medical exam request out in less than a year but it has definitely been more than a year.
Also, I have been in Canada for over 10 years and have been on Student Permit. For last few years, I have been on a Work Permit. I have never left Canada either. Do they already know my medical history is why they are probably not sending it or what could be the reason it is delaying so much?
What should I do at this time? My Bridging Work Permit is also expiring in August 2015.
