today i went to obc bank ...for asking about education loan ...and they are ready to give 80% amount and they were saying that they will put 20% margin in loan letter...and my consultant says that i want all amount from loan..total amount is 13.5 lakhs ...tutionfees + 10,000 CAD.....suggest me what should i do....

consultant says if u dont take full amount from loan then it will create problem....she says if u paid full amount from education loan then its better....bank manager also suggested me that u can take demand loan on your FD..they will certify on FD that this demand loan is for study purpose ..

I would say see your relationship with your consultant...see if they have been lying to you from the starting or see the potholes down the way..

personally I would say it should not matter because the bank would be giving you loan and if you have the rest in cash...it should do the trick.

I paid whole fee and 10000CAD from savings.. not even single penny from loan .. there is no requirement of loan now..

Take a full loan on FD.

or

Pay 1 years fees + 10,000 GIC
