Hi Kylie,

Her employment letter is the appointment letter/job offer letter/letter issued by the employer at the time of joining a job which states the responsibilities, salary and other terms and conditions of the appointment.

Leave approval letter: This will specifically state that she is allowed to take holidays from XX date to XX date + she'll have her job when she returns.

As your mom has been working with the same employer for 25+ years, she can get a new employment letter stating she is employed since 25+ years + the work she does + the leave approval info + her monthly remuneration is paid as cash.

Does your mom deposit this cash in her bank account? How will she prove she has the finances for her visit? Are you paying for the airfare?

Cheers

Bryanna,

Thank you for the reply.

Yes, she is paid in cash and she will just deposit it in the bank every time there is excess hehehe. they have also simple pay slip-stub. that i attached also the last time..

about the letter of of employment she have before they gave mom certification that she still have that job when she come back. my fault is i told her to put at least two months of leave. its too long.

mom said she did this job since 1991 voluntarily they gave only monthly allowance until she get allowance in the baranggay, in city and in province. they just give that in cash..thats why its hard to say that in letter without any pay stub, they dont even send that in her account. but we can request it to put in the employment letter, i will try to tell her.

Thank you so much for your guidance and help on my application on her.

Hi Kylie,

Your mom can request each of her employers to issue letters stating she has been working with them since 1991 + her responsibilities + she is paid XX amount in cash each month + she is permitted to take leave from XX date to XX date + she will have her job when she returns + the contact details of the authorized person should the visa office require any information. These letters must be on official stationery.

Please do NOT use words like *she has been working voluntarily* in these employment letters.

She can also submit copies of her 1991 employment letters.

Can one of your siblings provide a Letter of Financial Support for your mom with proofs? S/he would have to transfer money to your mom's bank account. Don't forget to explain the source of this money/financial support.

Please post the complete list of documents you will submit when you're ready to apply

Cheers :)

Ties such as:
Employment or business

Property ownership or leased accommodation

Family in home country (especially dependents - financially or otherwise)

Good financial situation, etc etc

Hi Bryanna!

I have questions regarding leased accommodation. I have a son who is living with his mother. This October I decided to lease an apartment for them. I am not living there but I am the one who is paying the rent. Can I include this as a proof?

Yes, you can. You must submit copies of the lease agreement in your name + proofs that you pay the rent.

You can also show your son as a *family tie*..... especially if he is dependent on you financially with evidence for this

You can submit:
A copy of the lease agreement (if it is not in English..... then translated into English by a certified translator + a certified copy of the original document + affidavit from the translator stating the translation is true and accurate) + most recent 3-4 rent receipts + proofs showing bank/cheque payments for the rent

Proofs that you pay his tuition fees/school trips + his birth certificate + any other proofs that he is dependent on you for his financial/general well being
