I am temporary resident in Canada. I am in implied status (study permit expired and applied for PGWP). I have applied for a visitor visa for my wife on Nov 5th and her visa is refused on Nov 22nd because of the following reasons:

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.

I want to reapply by including more ties. I will attach her job offer and lease agreement. Additionally, she takes care of her grandmother in a daily basis. I was wondering how we can provide document to demonstrate this? Please share any thoughts.

1. You are on implied status and in Canada so does she live with her grandmother. You can put an explanation invitation letter.
2. For how long is the visit especially since you say she cares for her grandmother daily?
3. How much in funds did she show.

- Funds: Bank accounts, investments
- Ties: job offer and paystubs

1. Yeah she is back home and she stays with her grandmother
2. The visit will be for 1.5 months
3. Around 19K CAD in bank statement

I am mostly look for a way to prove that she takes care of her grandmother so I can put it in as a tie.

refusals
1. your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence - your wife has a stronger tie in canada (you) than her country of residence. she shouldve mentioned in her application that her grandmother is dependent on her. her grandmother is her strongest home/family tie.

2. the purpose of your visit - 1.5 months is too long for a "visit" especially for a first-time trv. she shouldve asked for 2-3 weeks and included a complete day-to-day itinerary of what she will be doing in canada during her stay.

3. personal assets and financial status - if the 19 CAD appeared in her bank statement as lump sum, it's a red flag. she shouldve provided documentation of how she got that money like salary deposits from her employment. if youre the one giving her the money, then it will be seen as your money, not hers. did she indicate any personal assets like property or lease contract?

• Your husband should submit a sponsorship application for you.

So now we are planning to apply for the sponsorship first then re-apply for the visitor visa again but as for the first 2 reasons , am just wondering how respond to them knowing that Im working a part time job and am the only one living with my parents.

it's not uncommon that ppl get visitor visa refusal if they have a Canadian spouse. You need to show strong tie to home country (job, other families..etc), travel history and as a genuine visitor to get a visitor visa.
