I would like to ask if i have bounced cheaque in dubai from a friend who i already paid for him some amount already but he wants to make problems for me , that he said he will put my name on red notice of interpol for bounced cheaque as well send the dubai police report about me to canadian foreign affairs , so what can i do in this situation???? But already for my PR here but this guy still threatning me to destroy my life in canada also so i be in jail in canada because of this bounced cheaque in dubai also so i dont get my citizenship for future? So please anyone could advice me if this could happen and what i can do , because for now im new comer and still working new and future i would pay him the remaining amount , which he rejected and said he wants total amount now .. i cannot do the full amount now ...... so please advice me what to do as i live now in canada and already got my PR

You should never get legal advice on the internet, especially on a community forum.
The person can file a case against you in UAE for bounced cheques. If you're convicted, I'm pretty sure it'll show up on your PCC. You'll have to mention that in your citizenship application otherwise it would be misinterpretation. You may also need to submit a UAE PCC with your application.
I'm not really sure about interpol, but I don't imagine they would get involved in such cases. I'm not a lawyer, so I'm not qualified to give you proper advice, but I can only encourage you to get the matter sorted with your friend before he involves the police in Dubai.

well... normally laywer would charge you 100 an hour for this kind of advise, if you want to get it from internet for free ...
