Thread specific to SINP noc 2174

NOC 2174 here with 66 points. I already have applied for CIPS AITP couple weeks ago and it is already in the queue.

I am an ECE engineer,working under NOC 2174.I read that to apply for 2174 code,we need to have "You must have completed a minimum three-year program in computer science, information technology, computer science systems, or a related discipline in integrated multimedia or computing science".

Does that mean i cannot apply for SINP?
