I sent pictures of our wedding reception (lots) and other proof. We got married 3 years ago. Do you think that if I just make a "huge" pack of pictures and everything that I can think of (bank statements, insurance) that it may help? Like I said this made me nervous. Though now I am thinking I could send them my phone bill and all the times we call each other throughout the day even though we see each other each night.

I would send everything I can like phone bills, bank statements, insurance, and I would also ask my friend s and family to write letters as a testimony of your relationship and don't feel nervous just believe that your relationship is genuine and you have the right to appeal their decision if they denied that make me feel more secure. Personally I did not send loose picture I just print them in regular paper like 3 per page I explain each of them like where we were and who we were with. My application is not finished yet but they did not requested anymore documents I believe all the letters from friend and family helped a lot I sent about 10 or 15 and I also sent phone bills even we live together. I sent them the way my friends gave them to me some friends wrote them with the computer some others wrote them by hand I believe it is important that all your friends do it in their own style so it looks more real since we all write different and see different things, all my friends wrote very particular things of my relationship. I also send some of the mail that we both got together like Christmas cards or greetings addressed to both of us. So just ask your friends to write a letter supporting you for the permanent residence and share how they met you how they have participated in your relationship etc. check them before you send them in case they say something that is not necessary helpful. I hope this information helps you!

Bonbon9 have you received any word yet from the embassy about your interview( that is hopefully waved ;D) We are still in Mexico city waiting for the constancia to be ready. Hopefully by thursday. Do you think we can deliver it personally to the embassy?

Yes, you can bring it personally to the embassy. They're open to public from 9-11 Mon-Thu, so if you get it on Thursday you'll have to hurry unless you want to stay until Monday. I suggest calling PGR on Wednesday as they might have it ready before you expect. Mine was ready in 7 or 8 business days.

I haven't heard back from them yet. It's ok because I'm in the process of getting my passport renewed, which will be done by next week. I wonder if they'll give any information about my file when I update them with my new passport.
