Hey Guys,
Its been a while, but here is a quick update of my situation... Back on July I sent to Guatemala my Passport, finger prints and a prepay way bill... I contacted them to see how long the finger prints would take and they said up to 5 months... My wife got in contact with our MP in Canada ( they can have direct asses to your file and inquire about the process on your behave) and he contacted Immigration... Here is where I stand... The MP said that
immigrations reviews cases every 3 months to see for updates in documents and what not, he told us that most likely my finger prints were already received but they have not review them or update the case yet because they do it every 3 months... my next review date is October 25th and I'm hoping to get good news by them... However there was a also a bad news
my medicals have expired, October 6 to be exact, Question??
Has anybody been in a similar position? if so, did they asked for new medicals? or do you think that since they have just expired that they could extend them a bit? and what about that 3 month period thing?
