Hey guys, any July/Aug applicant not from Pakistan, who heard from LVO recently? Most of UK applicants' files have been sent to Ottawa so we dont have info from the forum/spreadsheet.

LVO has been so super slow since the beginning of this year, its depressing.

I'm one of the few (I think 2?) UK LVO applicants left -September 2016 and have heard nothing -myCIC &ECAS unchanged -still "in progress". There seem to be a large line of Pakistan applicants in front of us -and june, july and august have made little movement in 2017.
All pretty grim waiting and having no idea how much longer...I may have been included in the famous Pilot Project but have not asked for notes yet -its still 7 months since app received so may request in a month or so.
Just thought I'd reply to create a little solidarity -its a lonely game this!

I agree to what you said. June and even May onwards Pakistan applicants are waiting for their approvals and we dont know what LVO is up to(they seem to be clearing backlog..applicantions that have crossed that 12 month mark e.fg applications from 2015 etc). If only there was any progress in July, Aug files we wouldnt be so worried. September onwards-Pilot Project Applicants dont know when LVO is even going to start this LPP.

Are the looking into refugee cases or what?

I'm in the same boat as you, unluckily got sent to London as well. I'm a few months behind you, November applicant and no update since December. Hopefully things get moving soon!

Looks like London Visa Office is working according to the "13 months" processing timeline that shows on the CIC website. These days the only PPR that is coming from LVO are those of Jan-March 2016 applicants.

Dont know how long the wait is going to be for the rest of us applicants.....

im ordering my notes on 2 April most likely. I can't wait any longer. :'(
Its my first wedding anniversary today and my file seems stuck with LVO! Needless to say life sucks at this point! :'(

You have no reason at all to stress or to worry about it yet! London's average is just under 8 months. You're only at 6. Until you hit about 8-9 months I seriously wouldn't worry about it. The waiting game sucks, I'm aware (I experienced it myself back in 2012!), but you are well inside the average at the moment! :)

As for the PK applicants, averages there are 11 months right now, so only April-May applicants would be hearing right now.

Nope, Pakistan applicants average is now approx 8.5 months. However LVO has been ridiculously slow since the new year started.

I'm looking at the chart on the home page, which gives the average of the last 20 decisions made... for PK applicants, that's 11.04 months. The overall average is 9 months, but the last 20 decisions gives a better indication of CURRENT processing times because it accounts for current workloads.

No, not everyone has a passport request - we didn't. I think it is normally to do with whether the PA's passport is from a visa exempt country or not. We got 'Decision made' then a few days later the precious paper CoPR arrived :D :D

Cool, so we are good to go. We got news one week ago and haven't gotten the precious paper yet.... and my partner leaves for the UK in one week. The fun never ends with this process!

Fingers crossed! As I say, we got our CoPR paperwork 4 days after being notified of decision made, but there have been others in the UK who have said it took 3 or 4 weeks for the CoPR to arrive :o - so unfortunately no guarantees!

Please let us know when you do get your CoPR.

We just received our medical report request and can have your timeline updated. Yikes, it's expensive to get that form completed in London though! £300?? Ugh. :o

Yep - I am afraid £300 is about the going rate (for the UK)!

Spreadsheet updated. Thank you.

Got another message today and have just been asked for husband's police certificates. Fine, great. Except that we both work in international development for charities and the UN and since he was 18, he's lived and worked in 7 different countries for more than 6 months each. These include China, Russia, Indonesia, Iraq, Afghanistan and Jordan. Some are not easy places to get records from! This may take us a while!! Will keep the timeline updated.
