thanks for updating the spreadsheet!

my husband actually had two medicals done - the first was at the end of October 2014 when we planned to apply inland, and the second at the beginning of April 2015 when we decided to apply outland. we did the second medical voluntarily because we were already so far into the validity period of the first one, but we included the results of the first one in the application with a note explaining we were including it to indicate no change in his health (we didn't really expect that to be of any real use, but figured it couldn't hurt - we also figured it indicated that our relationship was ongoing). so technically, his medical should be valid until April 2016, but we'll respond to this request anyway just to keep all our bases covered.

i know it will have been asked and answered on here, so i apologize, but we can just hit reply on this email and send the information that way, correct? no need for a letter to be sent by mail?

Yes just make sure the subject line stays in tact , and keep a copy of it ...

19 months today since cic received our applications. Never in a million years did i think it was going to take this long . Next week step son takes repeat medical and hopefully after that a decision will be made. Good or bad i just want this over with.

So I just woke up to an email from London VO -
"In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:

Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination.

Please be advised, medical instructions were sent to you in a separate e-mail on November 10,

2015."

Am I right in thinking I just need to email them my emedical info sheet again to LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca ?
Hi jb1989 i have also received the same email in 4 nov . Asking me the same and the RPRF payment to do
So i have sent the emedical sheets and my UMI number that the panel physician gave me through email to LDNIMMIGRATION@internaional .gc.ca Also i sent the all emedicals exams and the copy of the payment receipt through post to the address below, today they have added me the third line :)

Hi Andrew-brit,
closest city is montreal,
Yes i received the email earlier, they asked for a separate and updated schedule A bearing an original signature including personal history for the past 10 years.
Is this common?
This whole process is so frustrating…
I ordered my notes yesterday, hoping to see some movement

Thanks, I have added you. Just checking that you are married?

Did you take a copy of the form that you sent in your application? If so check that you signed the form in question. Most likely there is a mistake in the form, or LVO has lost that form.

Does anyone here know the correct mailing address for London Visa Office, as recommended by Andrew-Brit, I sent a corrected form to 38 Grosvenor street but when I try to track it, the mail has been redirected. Isn't 38 Grosvenor Street, the correct address for Visa and Immigration Section? What should I do? Should I send them the scanned copy by email also?

taffy already responded to you in this thread with the correct address.

There is no harm in sending documents by email and post.

MY C.O.P.R. HAS JUST ARRIVED IN THE POST!!!! I can't actually believe I have it in my hands!! I am shaking. Just under 13 months from them receiving the application...what a feeling!!!

Best of luck to everyone on here! Especially the 2014 applicants you must surely be so close now?!!!

Andrew-Brit do you need any information for the spreadsheet?

Before I celebrate too much I noticed it has my marital status as 'common law' but I informed them back in August 2015 that I am now married to my wife (sponsor). Can this be adjusted at the border when I flagpole? Please say I don't have to fix this error through London before driving to the Canadian border???

Congrats Spud85! Just checking your location is still Vancouver, correct?

CBSA can change your marital status as you land. here is a recent thread where someone had the same issue.

I have updated your row but as you are all done now can you just have a look at your row in the spreadsheet and tell me if I am missing anything, such as your location, any documents requested which we do not have note of, etc.

I had the same list of countries request as you almost a month ago now, I hope it is my turn soon...
