Hello Everyone,
This is an update (Andrew) .

I received my COPR in Toronto on October 16th . However there was an error so had to send back to Uk on October 20th Had already booked a vacation to the caribbean so left on November 2nd and did not recieve the COPR. Returned to Canada on Nov 19. explained to Officer at Toronto Pearson and they just printed it off the computers and I was landed. Did not even need the one at home to get landed.
Thank you to every one for all the insight. made the wait easier. Complements of the Season to all.

Thanks, spreadsheet updated!

Gosh, London is overloaded? We applied through London so I hope that that doesn't mean additional wait time.. I guess we'll just have to wait and find out.
Our immigration consultant had sent a change of address about a month ago and that address has not been updated (to her address here in Canada) so she has contacted them again to see why the change was not made. Fingers crossed that they make that decision sooner rather than later, though with the Christmas season upon us, I suspect we will wait until the new year for sure.

I notice that you are not on the London spreadsheet, would you like to be added? If so I need the following information:

-Date application received in Mississauga
-Whether you applied as Married or Common-Law
-Date of sponsor approval
-Which office is processing Phase 2 of your application (will say on your sponsor approval letter/email)
-Date(s) of any other requests you've had
-Whether or not the principal applicant is non-visa exempt
-Current location of the principal applicant- closest major city is fine if you don't want to be too specific!

Thanks,
Andrew

Sure thing!

- our application was received in Mississauga on Mar 6, 2014
- we applied as married
- sponsor approval was received May 8, 2014
- phase 2 is being processed in London
- request for RPRF was received and paid on Oct 24, 2014
- I am not sure about this one.. he is a German citizen and was a resident of the UK when we applied
- We are both living in Vancouver right now, he is here on a tourist visa as far as customs is concerned.

Added, thanks! Your spouse is visa exempt as he does not need a visa prior to arriving in Canada. Keep us updated on your application!

We changed our address via email . They sent us an acknowledgment and then it was changed within a week . Hope you will hear soon .

So after my COPR being sent to the wrong address in Canada, it being sent back to the UK then back to Canada (they din't send it recorded delivery the second time around) it finally came on the day I flew back to the UK (5th Dec).

I'll be landing when I return to the UK on the 15th Dec. That will mean its been 11 months to the day of my medical being done. I thought our case was pretty simple but its taken the full amount of time. At least its done now!

Got my COPR yesterday! Best Christmas present ever!!:)

Spreadsheet updated. Thanks!

Please update my space on the spreadsheet! :D

Received AOR Dec 11th
SA came today, Dec 12th
We currently live in London UK (both of us) but our application is being processed in Ottawa as per the email received today.
Medical was done upfront - as was everything - on Sept 2nd.

Can rest easy going into this weekend!! Also, apparently the visa office is open over the holidays, only closed on the 25, 26, 1st Jan.
