By the way, I received my COPR today! First I thought I'd have to wait even longer, as the mail was delivered but there was nothing. Then the doorbell rang, and it was a postman - in a taxi.....!!! ;D
So I am going to flagpole this weekend. :) Can't believe the wait is over! And I can't wait to get started with life :)
The best of luck to all of you still waiting. You'll be fine!

What was your time line for decision made aand delivery if CoPR?

All the best for the flag poling!

Hi davidmarsden38, I think it changed to decision made on the 19th of September, they sent the papers on the 24th, and I received the COPR in Canada on the 3rd of October. :)

Hi there norwaytocanada,

The only reason I ask is that is changed to DM on 2nd October, but in an email I received from CIC it stated that my application was approved on 24th September.

Not too sure when they would have sent my CoPR - after the 24th Sept or after it changed to DM?

:/

That's a difficult one to answer. There's been some evidence that they send out the COPRs on the same day that ECAS turns to DM. But then again, some people have received their COPR before it's even turned to DM... so Lord knows.

I figured as much. Thanks for your reply Eabie. Let's hope it is the 24th and my postman will ring my bell today ;)

For those that can look online at application status what does your say?

I see my spouses name (I am sponsoring him) as the person being sponsor and then it says sponsorship application status "In Process"

And when I click on that link it says application was receive Sept 17 and we have began processing your application on Sept 30.

I have already received my SA but it doesn't say anything about that on there. Also I have seen people say they can see medical results have been received on theres. I don't see that either

I finally sent off my application today. It probably won't arrive until Monday but I'm just so relieved to get it sent!

The waiting starts now. :)

Haven't been on here in a while as we are busy preparing for landing in Halifax on the 17th. Nice to see some of the longer apps being approved.

Regarding these B4 forms, we have a fairly detailed list together but, on reading the back of it, it seems that my wife has to do one as she is a returning Canadian citizen. Is this correct?

Also it asks about details for the importer... is that me, the company I use or what?

Thanks for any help.

Becki567, I also noticed the same thing. Does anybody know what the situation about medicals are? My husband and I sent his medical to the London VO (via the medical centre where the medical was done) about 2 months before our application reached Mississauga, but it hasn't shown up anywhere on ECAS. Any idea about where I can find that info?

And secondly, my husband is actually changing his correspondence address. Does anybody know if it would be recommended to send a request for change of address by post? Or would email be a better option? Finally, how will we know (for confirmation purposes) that London VO has acknowledged and accepted the request? Unfortunately, my husband's old correspondence address has become unreliable.

Thanks everyone!

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "My husband and I sent his medical to the London VO (via the medical centre where the medical was done)". When he did his medical, he should have received a receipt from the Panel Physician to confirm that the medical exam had been completed. What did you do with this receipt? It should have gone with the application file to CPC-M as required by the checklist. You don't send anything to any VO. In fact the VO never actually gets your medical file as they only get the medical assessment code given to it by the RMO.
