OMG, I went to check my ecas and I'm actually in process!!!!!

There it said I went in process on August 6! Can someone update the spreadsheet, thank you!!!

in case of London - yes. Some other VO request the passport at the beginning of the process, but London usually requests the passport when they're ready to issue the visa - and it usually says something like this in the PPR "we're are ready to issue your visa, please send us the passport within 60 days bla bla bla" - congrats, that's good to hear!

Yes. They wouldnt want your passport unless they were putting a visa into it.

the letter says..

''Dear Applicant,
Your application has reached the final stage of processing. So that your permanent resident visa(s) can be
issued, you must now submit the documents listed below''

They have asked for my passport & two copies of recent photographs. And we have to send them within 30 Days.

Is it gonna be okay if I send the same copies of photographs we sent with the application or will it be better to take new ones ?

So indeed - final decision is made, no need to worry! I suppose the same pictures are OK, as long as they meet the criteria for "immigration pictures" as specified by CIC... some others have had to send more pictures as well here, they might have more ideas...

No, it still says application received.
