The spreadsheet only represents spousal and common-law PR sponsorship. Skilled workers and such are always a much longer process.

Erm... folks, I cannot quite believe it but we have decision made ;D. Perversely, well aware of the impact this is having on some on here, it has actually been a bit too quick for us. We have a few holidays booked over the summer and it will then take another good few months for me to close everything down here. Well, at least we can sit down and plan now. And, at least something is happening in London.

I think they are processing in receipt of application but it seems some Visa Officers are quicker at processing there applications than others...2013 applications are being done in order of receipt however I think what is unfair is that some 2012 applications have slowed down on processing for reasons unknown us, I don't believe that the strike can be blamed for this anymore as it is clear that applications are being processed.

I'm not going to tell you to keep your chin up (as they say) as this would be hypocritical of me...

We're going to land tomorrow, leaving really in the morning. Is there anything I should make absolutely sure they do there? I've heard of a couple people who didn't get their passports stamped *and* signed and then couldn't get a SIN. So I know that's something to watch out for!
