DECISION MADE! DECISION MADE!! DECISION MADE!!!! :D ;D

Hysterical! Just went into In Process March 11 and 10 days later - DECISION MADE! WHAT?! LONDON ROCKS!

I do not know how to update the spreadsheet - please help.

ECAS also updated our home address as CANADA - I guess that means DECISION MADE is good news! So freaking excited.

BUT - I updated my mailing address to canada - it still shows the OLD address - hopefully they do not send information there! SHould I send a reminder?

Do we have to flagpole before my husband can apply for his social insurance card? The Service Ontario website says the COPR letter and a counterfoil/stamp in the passport is required to apply for a SIN. Can anyone confirm please? Thanks!

Absolutely correct. Flagpole first! Bear in mind it's Service Canada, not Service Ontario that you'll need to head to for the SIN number. Driver's License and OHIP registration is at Service Ontario. :)

Seems like they have started working on early September 2012 _ I did my calculation and it took 6 months and 16 days from Application received to Decision Made!

Now to see how long from Decision Made to receiving Letter! Good times London! ;D

I changed my mailing address and this is what they replied to me "We have received your request with your new address, and the information has been updated to reflect your new contact details. Note that the change of address made by our office may not be reflected on E-Cas."

So it might be changed, but doesn't show on e-CAS. For confirmation, maybe you should send them email again with the new mailing address. :)

They did not send us any email acknowledgement
Requested our address update on March 3
They requested more info on March 5 (making me believe my request to update address started something...)
Sent them info requested by March 8
Went IN PROCESS March 11
Decision Made March 21
No address update on ECAS or acknowledgement of address request update

Someone clearly looked at our file to get Decision Made but still I am very nervous - do not want to have to wait even longer to receive letter trying to figure out where it went...
