Congratulations! Great news for you! Nice to know London are actually working!tommyboy said:Hey London peeps,
Decided not to check e-cas all weekend.
First thing at work this morning and I say, hey what the hell, and check. See what was on e-cas below:
We received your application for permanent residence on July 23, 2012.
We started processing your application on February 22, 2013.
Medical results have been received.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
I don't know if this is good or bad, but I'll just pretend it's PPR.
Great news!mickmerf1 said:Me too IN Process as of 21/02/2013 yipeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!
Why is your application complicated? Have you travelled alot?sfeire said:I've removed the "in process" date from my timeline. It was obviously just the lawyer saying it was in process because it was in London.
I reckon ours has been reviewed and because its a bit complicated its gone to someone else and ia awaiting review again. It was screened on Feb 1st according to an email from London. We've had no request for additional docs. It's just sitting on a desk......
Em not really. Its because when my husband landed as a PR we were engaged but we had lived together for over a year. It was advised that CIC may think that we were common-law and when my husband landed he signed the paperwork and his status was "single". It was possible that they may have decided he had misrepresented himself. But, we were never common law, we were engaged before we lived together a year and we were getting married. We hired a lawyer who fought our case and we had a hell of an application. If there was going to be an issue they wouldnt have approved my hubby as a sponsor so thats the good news and we shouldn't have to worry but I just think with all the paperwork and that, its going to take a little longer than most applications. I just didnt think it would take this long!scottishmaple said:Why is your application complicated? Have you travelled alot?
Ah ok, I hope it's not much longer for you. However, from the spreadsheet it looks like they are dealing with July applications so I wouldn't imagine you will be that much longersfeire said:Em not really. I know it's hard! If there are no complications with your file I would think that you will hear by end of March as that would be around 6 months at London...Uk2Can said:I just want all this immigration nightmare to END! Ive got to leave the UK end of June. With or without my husband. My kids are both british and both hold Canadian Citizenship so they'll have no problem getting in and out of the country. Im so fed up! Why cant there be an office of common sense that someone runs!? Ugh! One of those days. Anyone got any good news? Anything? What do you guys think?
