Hello, Can someone confirm if I submitted my Evidence of Communication properly. In the request letter from the London Visa Office, I was asked to send the evidence to the London office along with the request letter. But a couple of slots opened on my online account after the request was made. They were under the optional documents section and were labeled as "Explanation Letter". So, I uploaded the evidence onto them but I am not 100% sure if that is what I supposed to do. Can anyone help me with this?

I also received a request letter and slots opened up on MYCIC saying optional explanation letter, and I uploaded my docs onto there. Be careful to make sure your document was under 4MB though. It shouldn't be too big of a file. Other than that, I also sent a physical copy to the London office. I think you should do so too in case there is any technical issue with the MYCIC upload.

Thank You. Yeah, I split the evidence over two documents to keep the file size under 4MB. I was going to mail a copy as well but the London Visa Office confirmed with me that the online submission is enough.

How did you confirm with LVO? Despite whatever LVO says, I'd still send a physical copy just because their IT systems are famously unreliable. Did your doc status change on MYCIC yet?

Hello, we are April '17 applicants and have just been transferred to LVO, could you please assist to update our details in the spread sheet too. Also, if I could ask, what month are they currently working on at LVO, am new to this forum, so unsure. Thanks.

Sorry, but I can't see that you are on the spreadsheet at all, so cannot update. If you want to be added, can you tell us the details required for the spreadsheet here and I will happily add you.

No one knows what month or what order any visa office are working on, so I don't think anyone can say. You will be advised of progress and / or any additional requirements through your MyCIC account.

I need three more bit of information. What is the nationality of the PA? Roughly where are you currently living (city / country)? Married or Common Law?

Thank you for your help! We are Indians and the PA is working in UAE, so I reckon our application has gone to LVO for this reason. I am currently in Toronto and we are married. Do let me know if you require any other info and really, these forums are a great source of help and guidance to newbies like myself, so Thank you.

Go to the CIC website (here) http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/
Then type 'IMM 5669' into the search bar top right. You should use the Jun 2017 latest version.
