Have you received notes since they acknowledged change of address? The notes would mention it.

Also please let me know if or when your ECAS shows the line "a decision has been made, we will contact you...". Currently I do not have that line.

Yes Andrew i have , it did acknowledge them in my notes, but consider the crew up with my application i don't have much faith in CIC.

No, other line as yet just decision made. lol I was going to ask you the same question.

Just an update for me, my In process changed a while ago to say May 28th. I guess they back dated it, means technically I've been In process for 6 months so I will order notes whenever the site is back up.

Mine still hasn't changed to decision has been made we will contact you Andrew , it still shows medical results received in my last line . They did send the copr to right address when emailed them to update my address

Guys two questions,

Can I send, reply with email only? or do I have send all document by post. Additional docs were requested. and

Can I send JPEG format, or do I have to make it in PDF format?



They require Intention/plans to Reside from Sponsor. Already sent all the docs originals. even then they send this letter. Here is what they require.. Covering Letter from Applicant signed by Applicant Letter came through email to Applicant) Intent to Reside letter signed by Sponsor, Intent to Reside letter signed by Applicant, 4 Reference letters from Family singed as well. All other are snaps of searching, like Rental information/Hotels & Motel information, Airfare information from website, some photos.

This additional information must include the following documents:
> Sponsor's residency in Canada or plan to return to Canada: Evidence that your sponsor now
resides in Canada (this includes but is not limited to: copies of your sponsor's passport pages
showing entry stamp to Canada and travel itinerary, pay stubs, T4 slips, utility bills, and banking
history; driver's licences, property tax assessments, social Insurance or health Insurance cards
are not sufficient), or evidence of your sponsor’s intention/plans to reside in Canada should you
be issued with a permanent residence visa.

When CIC does maintenance on their servers, of course it won't take less than a day. Just like they cannot get most applications processed within a reasonable timeframe.

When they sent you the request did they say send information by email ? Did they give you a certain officer to response too ?
